Who’s Really Leading Your Business?

Launching a first in person event is one of the hardest things a brand can do. There is no past year to learn from and no proof that it works. Every choice becomes the standard people expect next time. The team at His Way At Work understood that, and it showed before we reached the door. We walked across the Benedictine College campus from the parking lot, and smiling students guided us to the main building. We stepped off the elevator into a room full of business leaders who were like us. They were ready to build and lead their businesses with God at the center.

Here is what stayed with us:

  1. Structure matters
Our moderator guided us from speaker to panel to activity, and nothing drifted. The printed materials had us thinking, writing, and listening, not just watching.

  2. The room was moved
The speakers were extraordinary. We laughed, we cried, and at times the whole room fell silent. That range takes a curated lineup, and choosing the right voices is worth the effort.

  3. Small details prove your mission is real
Our names were placed on votive candles in the beautiful Marian Grotto. That was planned and it made every guest feel known.

Thankful to have the opporutnity to meet the HWAW team and amazing speakers like Anton Colella

Moment of Gratitude

Thank you to the His Way At Work: Peter Freissle, Jo Holt, Ryan Foley, Scott Henschell, and team. Dirk and I each consecrated our companies to the Sacred Heart of Jesus at the special Mass. The nine day novena beforehand, the public proclamation, and the insight we gained on how to best serve our clients, teams, partners, and vendors made it an experience we will never forget.
