The Challenge‍

The Schaumburg Business Association (SBA) supports over 790 member businesses through strategic events, advocacy, and community-building initiatives. Their signature event, the Toast of Schaumburg Annual Gala, celebrates local leaders and businesses making a difference. With over 300 business leaders in attendance, the gala honors excellence, recognizes community impact, and raises scholarship funds for local students. SBA needed a creative partner to elevate the quality of the event, ensure a cohesive brand presence, and strengthen its role as a premier gathering for the region’s most engaged professionals.

Strategic Approach‍

We partnered with SBA to reimagine the Toast of Schaumburg experience by developing a branded identity and touchpoint system that matched the significance of the evening. Our creative direction aligned every visual and messaging detail with the event’s purpose: spotlighting influential business leaders, celebrating community contributions, and inspiring attendees to give back. By raising the overall production value and brand consistency, we helped increase attendance and drive greater scholarship donations from both sponsors and guests.
