Peralte-Clark’s Arlington Heights office did not reflect the firm’s identity or cultural priorities. The environment was visually neutral and lacked narrative cohesion, making it difficult to communicate the firm’s values or create a space that supported employee pride, connection, and a compelling first impression for visitors.
We led a full-company workshop to articulate Peralte-Clark’s cultural pillars and guiding principles. Using those insights, we developed a workplace strategy and environmental design that translated abstract values into meaningful visual storytelling. The goal was to turn culture into place and ensuring the physical environment reinforced who they are and how they want people to feel.
Facilitated the company-wide workshop to define core values and visual direction
Crafted a workplace strategy aligned with organizational culture
Designed custom environmental graphics reflecting People, Integrity, and Engagement
Managed print production, vendor communication, and quality assurance
Executed installation with precision and minimal disruption to daily operations
The office now embodies Peralte-Clark’s culture and purpose, moving beyond neutral functionality to become a tool for internal alignment and external impression. This environment reinforces team identity, supports retention and engagement, and signals to visitors and applicants that this is a firm grounded in clear values and a strong people-focused culture. Peralte-Clark publicly acknowledged the impact of this work in a company social post, noting the transformation and celebrating the collaborative process we led to bring their pillars to life visually.
