The Challenge

The holiday season is CoCo and Blu Cafe’s most competitive sales period, with increased pressure from national chains and polished seasonal campaigns. The café needed to stand out visually and emotionally during peak traffic without disrupting daily operations or losing its warm, community-centered identity.

The Approach

We created a cohesive holiday brand system that translated the café’s personality into a festive, high-visibility experience. By focusing on physical, customer-facing touch points, we ensured the brand showed up consistently from the street to the counter to the customer’s hands.

Why It Matters
