Without a dedicated creative team to navigate their brand’s public communications, they faced yet another unforeseen challenge in the marketplace.

The Challenge
A disorganized developmental branding process resulted in ineffective sales and marketing materials. Outdated and unrecognizable branding failed to meet the founder’s vision across all public-facing platforms. Due to this lack of brand presence, NTL Laboratory and NTL Biotech missed their target audience and lost a sizable amount of revenue.

Brand Analysis
A thorough onsite brand assessment was performed to understand NTL Laboratory and NTL Biotech’s industry-specific needs. Meeting with key stakeholders and participating team members, a strategic design strategy was created to help the business properly communicate the brand’s offerings in the marketplace.

Design Strategy
Visually compelling and relevant marketing materials were created and sourced to NTL Laboratory and NTL Biotech’s online client portals and websites. Additionally, all print marketing materials such as folders, inserts, one-pagers, internal communication templates and packaging designs told an effective and concise brand story. The execution of this branding strategy culminated in a remarkable presentation at the American Association for Clinical Chemistry (AACC) Tradeshow in Anaheim, California where strategic design met real world application in an interactive anatomical diagnosis chart and a highly-trafficked visual backdrop resulting in increased client engagement across all social media platforms.

Partnership
NTL Laboratory and NTL Biotech’s efforts in medical design continued with their newest offering: the Aarya i Machine. Brand consistency and positioning were crucial in the introduction of this new product as NTL Laboratory and NTL Biotech expanded in the international market. All sales materials, product, and service designs were created to establish a clear brand presence and value in the brand’s business giving them an advantage they never had before.
